What is parkour?

Where can I learn parkour?

First, you should choose the right equipment for your classes. Sneakers should sit firmly on the leg, not dangle on it and not harvest. Suitable shoes with monolithic sole and non-composite treads. Clothes must be light and comfortable and not restrict your movements.

A big mistake is to start training, master tricks without warming up and study the terrain. Under no circumstances improvise in unknown places - this is a direct path to harm. First, study the training site, the strength of the obstacles, the distance for jumping and running, the place of landing, the general situation and possible dangers.

After practicing one of the above sports, you can begin to master the simplest parkour tricks. But first you should look several times at how real parkourists perform them (you can on the video), study each movement. In no case perform the element that you saw only once or twice.

If you are a "kettle" in parkour, start practicing on the ground. Height is not suitable for those who do not have a serious education. In education, be careful, listen to yourself. You can not overload, overload the muscles, train until you are exhausted. Fatigue is a direct path to injury!
